Overview of Natura Force
The brand
Natura Force is a French brand based in Toulon. It was created in 2015 by Thierry Sestrieres.
It was in 2013, following a long trip to South America that the founder discovered the benefits of the superfoods of that continent, notably the maca, the guarana and the chia seeds traditionally used by local populations.
Back in France, he decided to create a range of organic dietary supplements, natural and of impeccable quality.
Since its creation, the brand has continued to grow and presents itself as one of the leading players in the field of natural dietary supplements with a range made up of around thirty products and always the same values: quality, effectiveness and naturalness.
Natura Force is aimed at anyone wishing to take care of their health, improve their well-being and optimize their performance through 3 supplementation areas: vitality, sports and weight loss.
The products
The brand offers:
- Superfood extract capsules (ginkgo, maca, ashwagandha, nettle, turmeric)
- Capsules of vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients from natural sources
- Organic superfood powders (baobab, açaí, moringa, …)
- Cooking aids (pancake mix, sweet potato flour, energy bars, plant-based proteins…).
- Bee products.
According to the founder, the brand plans to release many new products during 2022, notably organic milk thistle and valerian extracts that are 100% French.
At Natura Force, almost all products are organic. If they are not, particularly for vitamins and minerals, they are guaranteed free of chemicals, GMO-free and free of controversial substances.

Our test
Products : ★★★★★
I received the products within 48 hours in a small, well-sealed box, so there is no wasted space during shipping, which reduces the carbon footprint.
Products are packaged in resealable kraft pouches for superfood powders or in recyclable plastic bottles for capsules.
A thank-you card wishing a pleasant day from the Natura Force team is tucked into the box.
All the product information is relatively clear. You will find the product description, its benefits, the ideal dosage, and the nutritional values or the concentration when available.
But the origin of the raw materials is not always indicated.
I had the chance to test five products from the Natura Force range: organic royal jelly, organic baobab powder, the multivitamin, vitamin C, and the organic maca extract capsules.
Organic Royal Jelly

The royal jelly is a substance produced by bees, intended to feed exclusively the larvae and the queen. It is extremely nutritious and very rich in vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.
It is traditionally used to reduce physical and mental fatigue, and to strengthen the immune system.
Natura Force royal jelly is organic and additive-free. However, it is thawed before being packaged.
It comes in a 100 g jar and should be kept in the fridge after opening. The origin is not indicated, which is not ideal for a hive product.
For optimal effect, it is recommended to consume 1 small teaspoon (1 to 2 g) per day. People allergic to hive products or bees should be very cautious.
Personally, I wasn’t familiar with royal jelly in this form; I was used to taking it in ampoule form. I must admit that the viscous texture as well as the taste make daily consumption difficult for me.
Organic Baobab Powder

The baobab is an iconic tree of the African continent, its fruit is a nutritional goldmine. It is very rich in calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin C and antioxidants.
Baobab powder improves joint comfort and is particularly recommended in cases of deficiency and lack of vitality.
Its sweet-tart flavor makes it easy to use mixed with water, a fruit juice, or added to recipes.
Personally, I added 2 teaspoons of it to fromage blanc at breakfast. I really enjoyed it!
This baobab powder comes from South Africa, however I find it regrettable that the amounts of vitamins and minerals are not specified. That would allow a better understanding of the nutritional quality and of the product’s value.
Multivitamins

Natura Force does not use synthetic vitamins in its dietary supplements; the vitamins and minerals are always of natural origin, which makes them highly bioavailable.
This product is composed of 15 vitamins and minerals. It comes in a plant-based capsule.
The recommended nutritional values are covered for most vitamins with 4 capsules per day, except for 3 vitamins: B9, B2 and B5 (only 25% of the NRVs). A bottle contains 100 capsules which provides a 25-day course.
The multivitamin is recommended for people with an unbalanced diet low in plant foods or overly processed, but also in cases of fatigue or overwork.
Vitamin C

At Natura Force, vitamin C is 100% natural and comes from the acerola and from the camu camu, two superfruits that are particularly rich in it.
The course comes in tablet form; it is recommended to take it 3 times a day, which provides 400 mg of vitamin C, i.e. 500% of the recommended nutritional values.
A bottle contains 90 tablets, which allows for a 30-day course.
Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of a healthy immune system, fights fatigue and cellular aging.
While deficiencies in this vitamin are extremely rare nowadays, some people have increased needs, such as athletes, smokers, and people with a less varied diet.
Maca capsules

Maca is a tuber that grows between 4,000 and 5,000 meters in altitude. It is known for many benefits, notably for energy, stress, and even fertility.
Natura Force’s maca comes from Peru.
One 400 mg capsule of dry maca extract represents 2.4 g of maca powder (6:1 concentration).
The 3 capsules per day recommended by Natura Force therefore represent 7.2 g of maca.
Because this dosage is significant, I recommend that people suffering from metabolic disorders and/or hypertension consult their doctor before taking it at this dose.
Price: ★★★☆☆
I chose to compare Natura’s price to that of its competitors on 4 products: royal jelly, baobab powder, multivitamins, and maca.
Organic Royal Jelly
| Natura Force | Famille Mary | Dieti Natura | |
| Organic | YES | YES | YES |
| Origin | Asia | China | China |
| Quantity | 100 g | 3 x 10 g | 30 g |
| Price | €39.90 | €39.90 | €9.90 |
| Price pour 100g | €39.90 | €133 | €33 |
Natura Force’s royal jelly is sold in a 100 g container, which is not the case with its competitors, who favor small 30 g containers.
Natura Force is in a mid-range price, with equal quality; it is not the cheapest on the market but remains much less expensive than some brands like Famille Mary.
Baobab Powder
| NaturaForce | Amoseeds | Koro | |
| Organic | YES | YES | YES |
| Origin | South Africa | Zimbabwe | South Africa |
| Quantity | 300 g | 500 g | 1 Kg |
| Price | €14.90 | €16.90 | €33 |
| Price / Kg | €49.60 | €33.80 | €33 |
For baobab powder, we note that its price per kilogram is higher than that of its competitors.
Maca Extract
| Natura Force | Vit’all+ | Amoseeds | |
| Organic | YES | YES | YES |
| mg / capsule | 400mg | 500mg | 500mg |
| Extract ratio | 6:1 | 4:1 | 10:1 |
| Number of capsules | 90 | 60 | 120 |
| Price | €26.90 | €32 | €22.90 |
| Price / 100 g | €74.70 | €106 | €38.30 |
Natura Force’s maca is in a mid-range price but its price is relatively high compared to other brands that have a higher concentration and a larger number of capsules.
Multivitamins
| Natura Force | Nutripure | Foodspring | |
| 100% natural | YES | NO | YES |
| Vitamins & minerals | 15 | 17 | 12 |
| Number of capsules | 100 | 60 | 100 |
| Prix | €22.90 | €22.90 | €24.99 |
| Price / 30 days | €27.50 | €22.90 | €15 |
A Natura Force multivitamin course lasts only 25 days, while its competitors provide between 30 and 50 days of treatment. Natura Force Multivitamins are therefore somewhat more expensive.
On the other hand, the brand stands out for a higher quantity and quality of vitamins and minerals. They are 100% of natural origin, which is a plus.
Natura Force ships worldwide, shipping costs vary and are free for purchases over €70 in metropolitan France.
There are packs combining 3 products around specific themes (weight loss, vitality, sports…). Purchasing this pack results in a discount of a few euros.
A loyalty program is in place provided you have a customer account. 1 euro spent earns 10 points. Points can be exchanged for discounts (1000 points = €7).
Some bonus points are awarded based on the amount and frequency of your orders.

At Natura Force, all dietary supplements are manufactured in Montpellier by a laboratory meeting GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practices) in force in the European pharmaceutical industry.
Product quality is guaranteed by regular testing. They are certified GMO-free and compliant with European directives.
To ensure the safety of products coming from abroad, they are packaged in France in Montpellier in GMP- and ISO 2000-certified laboratories that ensure the verification and control of each supplement.
The origin of most products is known except for royal jelly. The information was however partly provided to me by customer service: it comes from Asia, but the exact country is not disclosed.
Note that today in France, only 1% of the royal jelly on the market comes from the country; it is generally imported from Asia, particularly China.
Most products sold by Natura Force have AB certification and European organic certification.
Thierry Sestrieres, the manager, is committed to offering his customers supplements of optimal quality, natural and reliably effective. He aims to favor French manufacturing and short supply chains whenever possible.
For this, he sources directly from producers for maca and spirulina, or from French suppliers.
Expertise: ★★★☆☆
Natura Force is a small company with 4 employees. Formulations are decided internally and then discussed with a naturopath and the laboratory’s Research and Development department with which the brand works.
Each product sheet clearly details the product’s nutritional composition and the issues it can be used for. You will also find usage instructions, contraindications and complementary products that can be added to optimize results.
In the “your goal” section of the website, there is information on all the foods and supplements that can help.
Additionally, I encourage you to take a look at a very interesting study on the changing behavior of the French regarding dietary supplements. This study was commissioned by Natura Force from IFOP in June 2020.
For further reading, the brand created Natura blog. Most of the articles on this blog are written by the founder, who has always been passionate about nature, health, and travel. They are based on scientific studies.

Popularity: ★★★★★
On social media, the company has more than 20K followers on Facebook and 23.8K followers on Instagram, which is considerable for a dietary supplement brand.
On the TRUSTED SHOPS website there are almost 1,100 reviews, of which 219 are from the last 12 months. The average rating is 4.7/5. The comments are mostly positive and highlight the speed of shipping, the quality of the products, and their effectiveness.
Natura Force is present on Amazon and many online shops. All products have ratings between 4 and 5 stars. Most reviews mention the quality of the products.
Trust and engagement: ★★★★☆
Natura Force has a customer service reachable by phone.
I only waited a few minutes during my call to get information about the products; the person on the line was pleasant and their answers were clear and precise. Only the country of origin of the royal jelly could not be provided.
The products are packaged in France, they are all natural, and when they are organic, they have the dual AB and European organic certification.
Natura Force is a partner of the MAPPS mutual, which has the particularity of covering a dietary supplement packages.
The brand does not report any specific CSR or environmental commitment.
