We therefore compared 18 Creapure® creatine brands sold in France on two objective criteria: the price per gram listed on each store, and the quality of customer service, measured by a mystery shopper test conducted between June 30 and July 20, 2026. Here are the results, with a ranking for small formats (500 g and under) and one for large formats (1 kg).

Our methodology: two criteria, no subjectivity
All the creatines in this comparison carry the Creapure® label, a guarantee of a creatine monohydrate produced in Germany by AlzChem with a purity above 99.9%. Since the raw material is identical, two criteria really make the difference at purchase time:
1. Price per gram (60% of the score).
We recorded the public price of each product and calculated the cost per gram, the only relevant indicator for comparing formats ranging from 100 g to 1 kg. The price score (out of 5) is indexed to the cheapest product in each format category.
2. Customer relations (40% of the score)
Between June 30 and July 20, 2026, we contacted the customer service department of each of the 18 brands with the same product questions (Can creatine be mixed with other foods? What dosage based on my weight?). Each brand was rated on response time (out of 3) and response quality (out of 3): personalization, accuracy, completeness. This score is converted to a 5-point scale. The available channels (chat, email, form, phone) were also documented.
The overall rating out of 5 weights these two criteria at 60% for price and 40% for customer relations. Price remains the primary decision criterion, as the raw material is strictly identical from one brand to another. But creatine is consumed daily for months: a brand’s ability to respond to its potential customers is particularly important in our view, especially in the dietary supplement sector. Our weighting therefore values brands that provide this pre-sales support, and penalizes those that leave their customers without a response.

But it is above all its customer service that impresses: during our test, the brand replied in 3 minutes flat via a remarkably well-designed form, with a personalized response taking into account the body weight indicated in our question. No other brand in the comparison did better on response time. This combination of low price + exemplary support earns it first place.
- Strengths: excellent price per gram in the 500 g format, near-instant and personalized customer service response.
- Weakness: the 150 g format (€17.90) is clearly less competitive per gram.

The 250 g format from Protéalpes (€24.95) is in the upper-middle range for price per gram (€0.10/g), but the Savoy-based brand earns the best after-sales service response in our entire test: very personalized, comprehensive, with a warm tone, received in just over 2 hours. Chat, form, and phone are available. And if you like the product, its 1 kg format is the clear winner of our large-format ranking (see below).

Notable mentions for the small format
Greenwhey (300 g, 29,95 €) closely tracks Protéalpes by the hundredth, with the same customer service rated 5/5 (clear and complete response in 2 hours): an excellent choice with the same profile. Bulk (500 g, 44,99 €) combines a good price per gram with reliable customer service that adjusted the dosage to our weight in 6 hours. Nutrimea (500 g, 39,90 €) offers the same price per gram as AM Nutrition — one of the best in the category — but its customer support falls short, with a full response arriving after nearly 4 days.

At €69.90 per kilo (€0.07/g), Dynveo finishes with the same rounded score as Nutripure, with the opposite profile: a slightly higher price, but solid, well-documented customer support. Its website is one of the most pleasant in the test, with well-designed access to contact options (email, form, phone), and the response received in a little over 3 hours was complete, with precise information about which supplements to combine with it.

Creapure® is not a supplement brand, but a raw material quality label: it refers to the creatine monohydrate produced by AlzChem Trostberg GmbH in Germany, using a process that guarantees purity above 99.9% and the absence of undesirable synthetic by-products (dicyandiamide, dihydrotriazine).
