Darwin Nutrition is not responsible for these cookies, which are the responsibility of the relevant merchant. We work in particular through the Awin, Effiliation, Kwanko, and TimeOne affiliate platforms, but these platforms do not themselves place cookies from the Darwin Nutrition website: their cookies, where applicable, are placed by the merchant sites after redirection.
9. How can you manage your cookie preferences?
During your first visit to Darwin Nutrition, a consent banner (managed by our Axeptio tool) allows you to:
- to accept all non-essential cookies;
- to refuse all non-essential cookies (the “refuse” option is as accessible as the “accept” option);
- to fine‑tune your choices by category (audience measurement, advertising, affiliation, marketing).
Your choices are stored for 6 months. After that, the banner reappears so you can confirm or change your preferences.
You can change your choices at any time by clicking on the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of every page of the site. The Axeptio management panel will then reopen and allow you to update your consents.
You can also manage cookies directly from your browser by following the instructions of the main browsers:
Warning: refusing certain cookies may affect your browsing experience, particularly the display of relevant content or the saving of your preferences. However, refusing cookies does not in any way prevent you from viewing Darwin Nutrition content, which remains entirely free.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may change to reflect updates to our practices, our technical tools, or the applicable regulations. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage you to consult it regularly.
In the event of a substantial change (adding a new processing purpose, changing a provider for sensitive data, etc.), we will inform you by an appropriate means (information banner, email to newsletter subscribers as applicable).
