Co-founded by entrepreneur Mathilde Lacombe (known for, among other things, Birchbox), Aime Skincare is a brand of dietary supplements and cosmetic skincare.
Its holistic approach combines micro-nutrition with dermatological routines. An “in & out” philosophy, where beauty (of the skin, hair…) depends on both internal and external care.
To formulate its products, the brand uses natural ingredients. In particular, youll find matcha, cacao, hemp oil, probiotics, marine collagen…

A dietary supplement to boost libido
By launching the Love Boost duo, Aime Skincare separates itself from the traditional beauty world and turns its attention to a more intimate sphere. The first part of this ritual consists of an intimate dietary supplement, to be taken daily in capsule form.
With various targeted benefits: balancing the vaginal flora, strengthening the natural barrier against harmful bacteria… but also increasing sexual desire.
To balance the vaginal flora and prevent infections, the brand formulated its capsules with specific lactobacilli (Lactobacillus crispatus tyndallized).
For libido improvement, the formulation relies on a patented ingredient composed of damiana leaf extracts (damiana) (Turnera diffusa).
This is a plant native to Mexico and the Caribbean. Its leaves have aphrodisiac effects thanks to the flavonoids they contain. These natural substances inhibit the activity of aromatase, as shown by this study.
Aromatase is an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogens. By limiting this conversion, it increases testosterone levels, thus improving sexuality. This study notably confirmed the benefits of damiana on sexual activity.
This patented ingredient was tested by 30 women aged 25 to 60 who had a stable partner.
92% of them saw a difference after just 4 weeks of use on the following parameters: desire, lubrication, frequency, satisfaction, orgasm, and absence of pain.
The brand therefore recommends taking 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. It advises against its use for women with personal or family histories of breast cancer and for people on antidiabetic medication.
A mood mist to stimulate the senses, backed by neuroscience
Second installment of this Love Boost duo, the creation of a room spray. Aime had already launched a sleep spray promoting peaceful nights. This is now a room spray for the bedroom.
Perfumer Maïa Lernout, who has already collaborated with the brand on a skin perfume with musky notes, is behind the formula for this Love Boost mist.
You spray it in the bedroom (or any other room), whenever you want.
To create an intimate and sensual atmosphere, the brand emphasized notes of sunlit white flowers, sandalwood, and white musks.
The mist contains a blend of several fragrant ingredients associated with well-being. The effects of this blend were analyzed with the support of neuroscience, using fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging).
This technique, widely used in olfactory research, allows measuring brain activity by relying on variations in the amount of oxygen in the blood.
Experts have shown that this blend activates areas of the brain associated with feelings of pleasure and love.
