#1 : Best Weight Loss Program 🥇
Qilibri

Diet boxes have become a staple in recent years. They work on a simple idea: delivering straight to your door everything you need to follow a specific meal plan.

Their promise? To help you lose weight without the hassle. Generally, these boxes include pre-portioned servings for each meal, which you simply supplement with fruit, fresh vegetables, and sometimes dairy products, according to the provided recommendations.

For even more support, some plans include follow-up with nutrition professionals, such as a dietitian-nutritionist and a fitness coach. This duo helps tailor the program to your needs and maximize your results.

However, not all boxes are created equal. To help you see things more clearly, we conducted an in-depth study of the 7 main weight-loss programs, compared according to 3 criteria.

We evaluate all boxes independently. If you click on one of the links provided, we may receive a commission, which does not affect the price or the ranking.

Qilibri is a French brand launched in 2019 that stands out for its dietary rebalancing programs. The offering adapts to different goals, whether it’s to lose weight or simply adopt a more balanced diet on a daily basis.

At Qilibri, the dishes are cooked in France, with ingredients rigorously selected for their quality. All meals are guaranteed GMO-free, with no artificial colors or artificial preservatives.

The Nutri-Score of the dishes ranges from A to B. The meats used are of French origin, and the vegetables are prepared in accordance with the seasons, ensuring optimal freshness and a balanced nutritional intake.

The program includes 4 meals per day  – breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner – over 6 days of the week, for a caloric intake between 1,200 and 1,300 kcal per day.

With a selection of 85 main courses and 33 breakfasts and snacks, Qilibri offers a great variety, thereby reducing monotony, which is often demotivating in this type of program.

Laurent Trochain, a Michelin-starred chef, works with Qilibri on the development of its recipes.

The dishes are cooked and then canned, which allows for shelf-stable storage at room temperature for several months. Just reheat them in the microwave or in a hot water bath before eating.

Qilibri doesn’t stop at meal delivery: it also offers dietary supplements designed to boost weight loss and optimize results. These are offered as part of their Qilibri Boost offer, a special program that enables accelerated weight loss (on average 18% additional weight loss)  !

To round out the program, access to a mobile app is included. It lets you track your results, manage your meals, and receive personalized advice to improve your diet.

Monthly support with a dietitian is also included. This support helps personalize the program, offering recipe ideas and helping you adopt new sustainable eating habits.

Additionally, access to the TrainMe platform offers a wide selection of video fitness classes, suitable for all levels.

Thanks to these many benefits, the Qilibri program was voted Product of the Year in 2023 and also nominated for the Top Santé and Marmiton 2025 Award.

On social media, Qilibri still has a small following on Instagram, with only 7,300 followers, and does not have a dedicated Facebook account. However, a private group bringing together more than 1,600 participants allows users to share their experiences and stay motivated throughout the program.

On Trustpilot, Qilibri shows an average rating of 4.6/5  based on 2300  customer reviews. Most users highlight the quality of the meals and the reliability of the support. However, a few comments mention occasional errors in orders.

The customer service team is very responsive over the phone: the information provided is clear, and the answers are precise.

The average weight loss observed among Qilibri customers is – 5.4 kg from the 1st month with the classic Qilibri Expert program.

5. La Brigade de Véro

Rating: 4.0/5

Nutrition: ★★★★
Experience: ★★★
Brand: ★★★★

Advantages

  • Nutritional quality
  • Variety of dishes
  • Snacks and desserts “homemade” or artisanal
  • Traceability

Disadvantages

  • High price
  • No nutritional consultation
  • No fitness classes

Founded in 2017 in the Montpellier region, La Brigade de Véro offers fresh meal delivery, designed to support weight loss or maintenance, while adapting to its clients’ specific needs.

La Brigade de Véro stands out for its 100% homemade dishes, guaranteed free of additives and preservatives. The recipes change with the seasons and are crafted from fresh, local, and carefully sourced ingredients.

A major strength of the brand is its transparency: every ingredient used is traceable, and most of the products come from southwestern France. I find this transparency very welcome; it provides a guarantee of quality and reliability.

La Brigade de Véro offers a wide range of programs that adapt to everyone’s dietary goals and preferences. Among the available options, you can choose, among other things:

  • A low-carb or high-fiber program
  • A vegetarian program.
  • An option without pork or fish
  • An adjustment based on activity level (sedentary or active).

Breakfasts and snacks are also fresh and sometimes homemade or sourced from small artisanal businesses and often local. They may include artisanal pastries, dairy products, or carefully selected fruit, adding a gourmet touch to the program.

Meals are delivered once a week by refrigerated truck, ensuring the freshness of the dishes.

La Brigade de Véro’s standard program provides a daily caloric intake of 1,200 kcal. To meet each client’s specific needs, it is recommended to supplement the meals with fruit, fresh vegetables, and dairy products.

Throughout the program, a dietitian is available by email to answer questions, adjust the program, and maintain motivation. A private Facebook group, bringing together more than 7,300 members, also allows clients to share their experiences and support each other in their weight-loss journey.

To go further in its health approach, La Brigade de Véro offers a 4-month program that includes a blood test at the beginning and end of the program, allowing assessment of its health impacts, and comprehensive monitoring via an app.

This program is offered at €169 per week, a high price that includes medical tests and follow-up with a healthcare professional.

La Brigade de Véro is very active on social media, with 24,800 followers on Instagram and 33,000 on Facebook. The pages are regularly updated with engaging content, strengthening the connection with the community.

On Trustpilot, the brand earns an average rating of 4.4/5, based on 189 reviews. Customers praise the flavor of the dishes and the responsiveness of customer service. However, some comments mention occasional delivery issues, although these seem to be rare.

6. Comme J’aime

Rating: 3.3/5

Nutrition: ★★★
Experience: ★★★
Brand: ★★★

Advantages

  • Brand awareness
  • Variety of dishes
  • Mobile app

Disadvantages

  • Lack of flexibility
  • No exercise classes
  • High price
  • Mix of canned and freeze-dried meals

Founded in May 2010, Comme J’aime is a French brand specializing in “turnkey” meal delivery to support weight loss. It has established itself as a benchmark in the field thanks to a strong media presence, notably with TV commercials featuring well-known public figures.

Comme J’aime offers standardized 7-day programs, including 4 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. However, there is little flexibility in the options offered. The only possible customizations involve specific diets, such as: no meat, no fish, vegetarian…

Meals are delivered all at once for the entire program, with no option to choose meals individually.

The offer includes 75 different dishes as well as 14 breakfast and snack options. The dishes are made in France, guaranteed non-GMO and preservative-free. The meats used are of French origin.

Lunch generally consists of a canned dish, and dinner is often lighter, with freeze-dried dishes to rehydrate, such as soups or purees. They all keep at room temperature.

The programs offer days at 1,200 – 1,300 kcal, and it is recommended to add fruit and dairy products to achieve a balanced calorie intake.

In addition to the meals, Comme J’aime provides support to monitor and encourage its customers:

  • A mobile app that lets you track weight changes, access tips, and stay motivated.
  • A dietary follow-up provided by dietitians and weight-loss coaches.

However, unlike other brands, Comme J’aime does not offer a community support group on platforms like Facebook. Only an official page is available, intended for brand communication.

The brand enjoys strong visibility on social media with more than 15,000 followers on Instagram and 103,000  on Facebook.

On the review site Trustpilot, Comme J’aime receives an average rating of 3.9/5 based on more than 4,800 reviews. The positive points mentioned include the quality of the meals and the professionalism of the customer service. However, some recurring criticisms mention the high price of the programs and financial penalties in the event of early termination.

Customer service is responsive and answers questions efficiently. However, I did notice a pushy sales approach that strongly urges buying the program.

7. Régime Box

Rating: 2.7/5

Nutrition: ★★★
Experience: ★★
Brand: ★★★

Advantages

  • Variety of dishes
  • Flexibility
  • Affordable price

Disadvantages

  • No social media
  • No mobile app
  • Freeze-dried meals in the evening

Régime Box is a French brand that is part of the same group as Comme J’aime.

Unlike Comme J’aime, Régime Box allows you to select meals before confirming payment, offering personalization tailored to each user’s dietary preferences.

The meals offered are the same as those offered by Comme J’aime and follow a fixed format, but with a clearly defined composition: 1 breakfast, 1 ready-made dish for lunch, 1 snack, 1 soup, and 1 freeze-dried pouch meal for dinner.

In addition to the meals, Régime Box offers an initial assessment with a weight-loss coach and personalized support provided by a dietitian, helping guide users throughout their program.

With an average rating of 3.1/5 based on 147 reviews, Régime Box receives mixed feedback.

Most customers praise the simplicity and effectiveness of the programs offered; however, other reviews mention the poor taste of the meals, the lack of variety in the menus, and recurring delivery issues.

Régime Box lacks visibility on social media, with only 18 followers and an almost inactive page. However, its customer service is very responsive: despite the phone line sometimes being busy, agents call back quickly and answer questions clearly.

In my opinion, one of Régime Box’s main advantages is its competitive pricing.

Methodology and comparison criteria

To create this comparison, I determined 3 qualitative criteria based on the characteristics of the programs. Each criterion has a score out of 5, and the average of the 3 scores determined my final score and my ranking.

→ Access my complete comparison table here (Google Sheet)

1. Nutritional quality of the meals offered

One of the key points to consider is the content of the meals. These come in different forms: freeze-dried pouches, canned meals, or fresh meals. Among them, fresh meals stand out for their higher nutritional density, offering a higher content of vitamins and essential nutrients. This characteristic gives them a prominent place in this comparison.

In addition, I carefully evaluated the quality of the ingredients used, placing particular value on fresh products from short supply chains or organic farming. This choice highlights not only nutritional benefits, but also the environmental impact and the traceability of the meals.

When brands specify the origin of the ingredients, it provides an additional guarantee of transparency and reliability.

Another key criterion is the absence of additives, GMOs, and artificial colors, ensuring healthier dishes that meet the expectations of health-conscious consumers.

Finally, the variety of the menus offered was carefully examined. A varied meal plan is essential to avoid monotony and meet all nutritional needs.

The integration of specific options, such as dishes suitable for vegetarian or gluten-free diets, shows particular attention to dietary restrictions and consumer choices.

2. Customer experience

The user experience isn’t limited to just the contents of the boxes; it encompasses the entire journey offered by the brand.

For example, some companies provide a mobile app. It can prove very useful for choosing your menus, tracking your weight progress, or even receiving real-time advice.

The program can also include regular appointments with professionals, such as dietitians or fitness coaches, which adds a human and personalized dimension to the support.

Furthermore, motivational tools, such as community support groups on social media, help reinforce user engagement. These groups, often found on Facebook, allow you to share your successes, exchange advice, or simply find moral support, which can make a big difference in the success of a weight-loss program.

3. Brand credibility and reliability

A brand’s reputation plays a key role when choosing a box.

Brands with a long track record in the market generally inspire more trust, as they demonstrate a certain longevity and an ability to evolve with consumer expectations.

I also took into account their presence and visibility on social media, by looking at their follower count.

Customer reviews left on Trustpilot provide valuable insights into user satisfaction and the quality of meals and service.

Finally, the responsiveness of customer service was evaluated by sending an email to support. The speed and completeness of the response are, in my opinion, indicative of each company’s level of commitment.

Weight-loss programs: FAQ

Is it possible to lose weight quickly with a weight-loss program?

Yes, these boxes, based on a significant calorie deficit, can lead to rapid weight loss. However, losing weight too quickly can be harmful to your health and hard to maintain over the long term. It is better to choose a gradual, balanced approach.

Moreover, weight gain is often a symptom of an underlying problem: poor understanding of nutritional needs, an altered relationship with food, metabolic imbalances, etc. While weight-loss boxes can be effective in the short term, they don’t address the real causes. That’s why weight regain often occurs at the end of the program.

How long should you follow a weight-loss program to see results?

It depends on the individual and their goals. Results may be visible in as little as a few weeks if the program is well tailored.

What should I do if I don’t get the expected results with a weight-loss program?

Weight-loss boxes are generally very low in calories. If you’re not losing weight, this may be due to eating too much food outside the planned meals or to a metabolic issue that prevents weight loss. In that case, it’s essential to consult a healthcare professional for appropriate support.

Are weight-loss programs safe?

Well-supervised and personalized programs are generally safe. However, avoid methods that are too restrictive or not validated by professionals. Restrictive diets are ineffective over the long term, can cause nutritional deficiencies, and may increase the risk of developing eating disorders.

How can I avoid regaining weight after completing a weight-loss program?

To avoid the yo-yo effect, it is essential to:

  • Maintain good eating habits,
  • Engage in regular physical activity,
  • Work on your relationship with food.

It is also important to adopt new eating habits by listening to your needs, desires, and hunger and fullness cues, without frustration.

Are weight-loss programs suitable for everyone?

No, each individual has specific needs. A program must be personalized based on health status, goals, and lifestyle. This type of program is not recommended for people with eating disorders.

Do the restrictive diets in weight-loss programs cause nutritional deficiencies?

Yes, overly restrictive diets can cause deficiencies. It’s better to prioritize balanced programs that cover all your nutritional needs. Prepackaged or freeze-dried meals, often used in these programs, are generally low in vitamins that are destroyed during processing. So it’s important to add at least some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Should you consult a doctor or a nutritionist before starting a weight-loss program?

Yes, it’s strongly recommended. A professional can make sure the program is suited to your health status and goals, thus avoiding any unnecessary risk.
