Listen to this episode

On our guest Dr. Laurent Schwartz’s book, you can read this enticing promise: “Cancer is a simpler disease than it appears. It calls for a simple, non-toxic treatment.”

Indeed, before it was seen as a genomic disease, cancer was considered a metabolic disease (like diabetes): since 1924, we have known that cancer cells draw their energy from sugar fermentation.

This avenue was forgotten. Dr. Schwartz and the multidisciplinary team he assembled reopened and explored it. That’s what he’ll tell us about today.

The guest: Laurent Schwartz

Trained at Harvard University and long a researcher at École Polytechnique, Laurent Schwartz is an oncologist at the Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP). He has devoted his life to developing innovative, non-toxic cancer treatments. He created a group of physicists, mathematicians, biologists and physicians whose sole purpose is to understand in order to heal.

His book The Keys to Cancer: A New Understanding of the Disease, the Principles of Metabolic Treatment is published by Thierry Souccar.
