Very few scientific studies have managed to demonstrate the “fat-burning” potential of certain foods. To date, only green tea and caffeine have proven their benefits during a weight-loss diet according to a meta-analysis published in 2011.

Our review of Brulafine

Brulafine is part of the large family of fat burners, in which it is not always easy to find your way. Here, it’s primarily the high caffeine content that helps with weight loss.

The ingredients used are among the most scientifically recognized natural fat burners, and should therefore have an effect on weight. But in any case, you should maintain a balanced diet and exercise alongside.

The advantage of a supplement such as Brulafine is that it is completely natural.

It is not a medicine per se, so it will not have the same effect as fat-burning medications sold in pharmacies. But this may reassure some, as its consumption therefore presents no risk.

On the negative side, we would have liked an organic certification for the plant extracts used. Also, there is little transparency about the company Castalis and its team: we would like to know a little more!
