Connections between women’s cycles and nutrition
We are part of the living world, and we follow, with varying degrees of success, its laws, its emergences, its metamorphoses, and of course, cycles.
More and more women today are trying to live in harmony with their menstrual cycles, becoming aware of the different phases they go through and turning to nutrition, naturopathy, and herbal medicine.
Guest: Margaux Aliamus
To discuss today the link between women’s cycles and nutrition, we are pleased to welcome Margaux Aliamus.
She created the Circles solutions following a hormonal upheaval caused by stopping the pill.
It was by interacting with thousands of women suffering from gynecological disorders (period pain, premenstrual syndrome, hormonal acne, urinary infections and many others) and by discovering the combined powers of medicinal plants and nutrition to relieve and prevent their own ailments, that she decided to develop solutions to help women regain their hormonal and gynecological well-being, often neglected by conventional medicine.
